Apple Oatmeal Muffins  From my earliest blog days, when I was still using canola oil and regular wheat.  Contains yogurt.

Multigrain Cinnamon Muffins  Still contains gluten (whole wheat).  But no canola.  Apples again appear.  Maple syrup instead of direct sugar.

Gluten-Free Muffins with Almond Meal, Squash and Blueberries  Finally got on the no-grain use those tree nuts page for a while.    Maple syrup instead of direct sugar.  Pine nuts also in the recipe.

Oatmeal-Apple Mini Muffins  Tree nuts, especially (alas, my favorites) pistachio and pine nuts, started to pose digestive issues.  Gluten-free oatmeal, coconut palm sugar for sweetener.

The World’s Second-Easiest Strawberry Recipe!  Not exactly a sweet, but an excellent idea for dessert.
