Seaweed

I don’t know why, but I love this stuff from Ocean Greens.

5 different seaweeds, dried.

Add warm water.  Wait 10 minutes, drain.  The below is the package they come in.  No, nothing on the packaging says WHICH sea-vegetables are here.

Amyhow, to be purist in the Asian department, add to your taste rice wine vinegar and a smidge of sesame oil You can substitute in apple cider vinegar and/or extra virgin olive oil, if the need is there. Add in some red pepper flakes, to taste.

Anyhow to make something good and tasty:

Re-hydrate in water. NOT in vinegar. (I tried that once, FAIL)

Re-hydrate 10 min or so. Drain.

Add your fave organic/healthy salad dressing. I add a dollup or two of extra virgin oil oil or a spicy sesame oil. You should also add vinegar: choose here: rice vinegar (WITHOUT sugar!, or unpasteurized and unfiltered apple cider vinegar. IS GOOD.

Let it marinate for at least a few hours. The package says this serves two, but that’s with adding to salad. I’m adding it to organic hydroponic lettuce and a little supermarket version cucumber.
