Food Plan Upcoming… Yikes! Tomorrow!

Just a quick word here for now, and I do have a couple meals I made over the past week to post here, to which I hope I can get to this weekend.  Anyhow I’m headed out to the Old Heidelburg Restaurant for dinner and fun tonight, and tomorrow I start my…. diet.  Or do we want to call it something that sound less ephemeral than diet, or what?

Way I figure it, I could stand to lose about 30 pounds — less of me to love, perhaps, but more condensed in the long term.   (I’m six foot tall, so it’s not a total disaster.)

I will attempt to photograph what I ingest for a week, obviously the stuff I make at home.  Just as a portion size record.  However, I am soooo not going to continue doing that after this coming week, nor am I going to be sitting around counting calories or points or fat globules.  We’ll see how this goes.
